Honolulu Marathon

Honolulu is an amazing holiday destination. It has it all the sun, the beaches, the historical sites, the nature reserves and much more. Participating in the Honolulu Marathon on the island of Oahu is a fantastic way to enjoy the island and also tick off a marathon achievement. This marathon is one of the biggest events in America due to its relatively flat course, amazing views and enthusiastic spectators. A fantastic event not to be missed!

The Course
The Honolulu Marathon starts on Ala Moana Boulevard, running alongside the Ocean and ends near Kapiolani Park Bandstand, Waikiki. The course runs through downtown, along Honolulu harbour and the historic Aloha Tower, through Chinatown and passes many other historic places. The last mile of the course curves around Diamond Head, passing cliffs, a popular surfing spot and the Diamond Head Lighthouse, before reaching the last stretch past Sans Souci Beach, Waikiki Aquarium to the finish line.
