Our choice of the Residence Inn Times Square, which we have used for the past 11 years, is based on 100% favourable feedback from runners and supporters.  This hotel is unique in that the location is much sought after, very close to Times Square, and all rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette, which is a great advantage over a standard hotel room as the rooms tend to be a little larger.    All rooms also have shower and bath (many hotels in NYC only have a shower).   Another major plus for our hotel  is unlimited FREE internet and wireless access (many New York hotels charge for this service which can be very costly).

Testimonials from Previous participants:

`Judy and the team came highly recommended from a friend who completed the NYC Marathon pre-Covid. Based on this we decided to book our first ‘Big Six’ marathon through the team. We were absolutely blown away by our experience with Marathon World Travel. From the moment we put our name down the communication was friendly, clear and nothing was a problem. We enjoyed the ‘count down’ messages and helpful tips along the way. It certainly helped visualise as we completed our training! NYC Marathon is all about the logistics and at every step of the way we felt in control with Judy & Peter, supported and absolutely celebrated. We can’t recommend highly enough. We can’t wait to do it all again! '  Ceinwen & Kellie - 2024

`Sue and I would just like to echo the words of everyone else. Thank you so much Judy, Peter and Kate. You have been outstanding and made NYC and the whole marathon experience just so easy and so much fun.'

`I wanted to thank you Judy, Megan & Kate for a memorable week in New York. Your organisation was superb. From meeting & transport of us ex NY airport through to race pack pickup and subway orientation, you enabled a stress free marathon prep. The hotel was superb, great rooms, breakfasts included, and it had a really nice boutique feel to it. Really appreciated the little extras provided like the 7 day Metro pass and the post marathon race drinks. As for the race itself, it was a surreal experience that words can’t do justice to. Your personal ‘hands on’ involvement in the tour and our welfare sets you apart. I can’t recommend MWT more highly.'

'The team from Marathon World Travel were absolutely awesome. I had never run a marathon in my life and I thought that if I'm going to run one, it might as well be the biggest and best - New York. Judy made it so easy for me right from our first contact. Taking care of all the things necessary to get me to the start line and encouraging me along the way to cross the finish line. The experience is one I will treasure for the rest of my life. Thank you Judy, you are amazing.'
